The show 'Trainspotters T30' was a celebration by Mark Blamire aka Blam from Grow Up art and Lorenzo Agius - the designer and photographer of the original Trainspotting posters in 1996. They asked 30 artists to interpret the movie for a group exhibition at Atom Gallery. This painting was the second one of mine, it feaures the line from Lou Reed's Perfect Day, which is playing during this scene. In 1996 I worked in Soho, in advertising - I was 24. The club scene was everything and this film shouted to us.
